एक ब्रा ही तो है! /A bra is only then

 "ब्रा ही तो है यार"

जिसे देख तुमने उठाई शर्म की दीवार , 

एक लड़की के चरित्र को बताया दागदार , 

ये तो बस एक साधारण सी ब्रा है दोस्त , 

सब पर मत थोपो अपने खोखले संस्कार !

जिसके नाम से टपकाते हो लार , 

वो तो है नारी का एक श्रृंगार , 

ब्रा को इज्ज़त से मत जोडो 

ये बस एक वस्त्र है मेरे यार !

अगर तुम कपड़े के एक टुकड़े को 

बताते हो हवस का ज़िम्मेदार , 

तो दोस्त तुम दिमाग से हो बीमार , 

ब्रा हर महिला पहनती है , 

ऊँचे रखो तुम अपने विचार !

मर्द की बनियान दिखे तो वाह वाह , 

औरत की ब्रा दिखे तो धिक्कार , 

सोचती हूँ ऐसी सोच वालों को 

निकालकर मारूं जूते चार !

माँ पहनती है , बहन पहनती है 

इसे पहनता है पूरा संसार , 

पर कुछ गंवारों ने ब्रा को बना लिया 

कीचड़ उछालने का हथियार !

औरत की छाती निहारने वाले होते 

हैं बेइज्ज़ती के असली हक़दार , 

तुम खुद भी ब्रा लाकर दे सकते हो 

जो करते हो तुम उनसे प्यार !

किसी के पहनावे पर टोकने का 

किसी को भी नहीं है अधिकार , 

ब्रा को लेकर ताना मत कसो 

ना करो किसी औरत को शर्मसार !

आज किसी की ब्रा को देखकर 

तुम करते हो गंदे शब्दों की बौछार , 

कल तुम्हारी बहन बेटी पर उंगली उठेगी 

तो तुम्हें कैसा महसूस होगा बरखुरदार ?

अभी से तुम हो जाओ ख़बरदार , 

अपने आपको मौका दो एक बार , 

ब्रा को देखो बस एक कपड़े की तरह
